As you are all aware the MFTA hold 2 meetings every year in January and October along with the AGM in April.

At the moment, it is disappointing to see that even though there are only a
total of 3 meetings a year these are poorly attended by Club Representatives.

I understand that we all have family commitments outside of shooting but it
would be appreciated if a representative could attend these meeting as we value your clubs input.

In particular, it is important that all club representatives attend the AGM in
April as this is when the committee stands down and new members are elected.

The MFTA currently needs a new Secretary in April, as without this role the
MFTA will cease to exist.  If there are any nominations for this position or any
of the other positions, please put names forward by the 01/03/2018.

Please could we also take this opportunity to remind clubs that when they are
hosting events, they are responsible for the course marshals (Min 2 per
session) and booking in on the day.  If they require help from the MFTA, please
let us know in advance.
